PHALLOSAN® Plus+ Rod Expander

The PHALLOSAN plus+ Rod Expander add-on is a system created to enhance the PHALLOSAN Forte by providing a stronger and more stable vertical traction pathway. This configuration allows patients to achieve higher traction levels safely while maintaining comfort during longer training sessions.

Its precision thread mechanism enables smooth and controlled length adjustments even while in use, giving patients full control over tension as they progress. The included transparent sleeves support lengths from 8 to 17 cm and the extended sleeves increase compatibility up to 22 cm.

PHALLOSAN plus+ is made from non metal, hypoallergenic materials that are lightweight, durable and easy to maintain. It is best suited for at home use because its structure is more visible and bulky, making it less discreet than the PHALLOSAN Forte base model, which users can easily switch back to when a low profile option is needed.
