The application of the constriction rings is crucial for the function of the Medintim vacuum erection aid. (Manual and Automatic style). The constriction rings are available in the sizes 9 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm, 18 mm, and 21 mm.
Application
The size of the ring is optimal for the user when the best erection (tourniquet effect) is possible with the least pressure (no pain).
Before putting them on, the constriction rings can be slightly warmed up (e.g. put them in warm water). This makes it easier to slip them on, makes them more supple and prevents them from tearing. Some users take two rings at the same time to better maintain an erection. One of the extended ring loaders is suitable for this purpose.
Note
The constriction rings do wear after time and can tear due to stretching after frequent use.
