The Fabrifoam KneeGard is designed to wrap around the knee to provide patellar positioning either medially or laterally. The NuStimWrap design gives optimal compression, and the X-treme KneeGard option features all the benefits of the regular KneeGard plus its made from NuStim X-treme composite material. This material is layered in nylon/spandex/foam for the ultimate semi-rigid support. This product is stronger, with greater compression yet pliable to encourage range of motion, and offers better cushioning without uncomfortable bulk.
